제발 이것보단 잘쓰길 바라지만 이렇게 쓰면 몇점 줘?

이거 25분 딱 채고 종이에 쓴담에 옮긴건데..

Topic: Should people change their decisions when circumstances change, or is it best for them to stick with their original decisions?

---- Although it is difficult for one to change his decision after the decision is firmly fixed, it is better to change the decision when the circumstances radically change. By sticking to his plan even when he recognizes the altered environments around him, he can incur serious ramifications.
---- One example that supports the aboce claim is the recent bankruptcy of General Motors. AS one of the richest car companies in the country, GM used to be a standard blue chip company for stockholders. However, it failed to acknowledge the change in trend: people started to prefer smaller and efficient cars to big SUV\'s. Since GM kept its original policy of concentrating to produce big cars while the radical shift was taking place, it gave its ascendancy in car market to Japanese car companies such as Toyota and Honda that accurately changed their plans according to the changing trend. GM finally went bankrupt in the end. If GM had altered its plan flexibly and produced more small and efficient cars, it would have still continued its d`ominance in world\'s car market. Since it convened the importance of fitting the plans to changing circumstances, there was no other solution than to ask for help from the government. Learning from this case, one should acknowledge that it is always better to change his plans when the circumstances seem to alter.
---- Another example that supports the reason that it is better to be flexible and change plans in a period of changing circumstances is the shift of Chinese government\'s political and social stance. While China used to be an outright Communist country that paralled the past Soviet Union, China has now changed much of its policy. Its people can now own their own properties and even are encouraged to start businesses. China, acknowledging the change in circumstances, in which the balance between the power of Capitalist countries and Communist countries completely snapped, started to become more like a Capitalist country: the exact opposite of what it used to be. This change in direction brought China prosperity and political power more than ever. One can see from this example that China\'s success derived from the country\'s bold action to change its original decision of holding on to the Communists\' policies to adapt into new circumstances. If China had decided to stick withs its original plan, it would have been impossible for it to enjoy either tis current political power or worldly affluence.
---- From above examples of the falling of GM and the success of China, one can clearly see the reason that it is better to alter his decision in changing settings than always to stick to the initial decision. Sticking to one\'s original plan at all times can only cause catastrophic consequences.
