2003년 10월 29일 서울시 관악구 신림동에서 발생한 사건사건은 2년 전 신림동 4층건물 꼭대기에 이사온 한 모양(22ㆍM대1학년)으로부터 시작됨신림동이라는 곳 특성상 경사진 곳이 많아 마을버스가 브레이크를 자주,길게 밟아야 됐었는데그녀는 이 브레이크 소리가 거슬려 새벽부터 밤늦게까지 잠을 설치거나하는 경우가 많았음이전에도 몇 차례 지나가는 기사를 통해 항의성 민원을 넣은 것으로 확인됨또한 사건발생 며칠 전에는 버스에 타 "소음이 심하니 조용히 운전해달라"는 직접적인 요구를 해 며칠 간 조용해지자 이후 소음 문제가 줄어든 것으로 느낌그러나 또 다시 이전과 같이 원상복구가 되자 발끈하기 시작사건 당일인 29일엔 오전 6시부터 11시까지 집 앞을 지나가는 버스들을 체크하며 브레이크 밟은 소리를 빠짐없이 기록함그녀가 이걸 체크하며 느낀 건 "대부분의 마을 버스가 소음을 낸다"는 결론이었고이윽고 집 안에 있던 망치를 들고나가 버스정류장에서 버스를 기다리기 시작함버스가 오자마자 그녀를 승객이라 생각해 차를 세워 그녀를 태웠는데 버스에 타자마자 기사인 오 모씨를 두 차례 폭행하고 "조용히 다니라"며 소리를 친 뒤 버스에서 내림기사는 심한 부상을 입은것도 아니고 추후 운행에 지장이 있을까봐 신고는 딱히 하지 않은채 운행을 이어감버스기사를 폭행하고도 분이 안 풀렸는지 그녀는 다음 버스를 기다리고 아까와 같은 방법으로 버스기사 진 모씨를 폭행근데 분풀이를 하듯 수차례 기사를 폭행하여 이번엔 심한 부상을 입음진 씨는 무전으로 "젊은 여성이 폭행해 심하게 다쳤다"며 이를 본부에 알렸고이전에 폭행을 당했던 기사는 아까와 같은 여성임을 눈치채 "자신도 맞았다"며 본부에 전함이 소식을 들은 본부는 상황이 심상찮음을 느껴 경찰에 신고했고 인근 파출소에서 출동한 경찰관이 그녀를 체포하며 사건은 마무리 되었음서울 관악경찰서는 피의자 한 모양을 폭행혐의로 구속영장을 청구,이후의 소식은 모름
